Beja

Everything I see or where I am could be a starting point of my work. But it can also be a memory. Sometimes alienating from inner imagination or from a deeper meaning that I give to my work. I find both the figurative and the abstract a combination of which fascinating to investigate and to take the time to do so.

Alles wat ik zie of waar ik ben kan een uitgangspunt van mijn werk zijn. Maar het kan ook een herinnering zijn. Soms vervreemdend vanuit innerlijke verbeelding of vanuit een diepere betekenis die ik geef aan mijn werk. Zowel het figuratieve als het abstracte een combinatie daarvan vind ik boeiend om te onderzoeken en daar de tijd ervoor te nemen.
